How our customers benefit from Quality Assurance ISO 9001:2008

Quality Assurance (QA) is a system of measures and controls to manage the quality of the products and services being provided. ALB’s QA system ensures a consistent and acceptable level of quality is being achieved in products or services delivered to customers.

ISO QA provides tools for our company to ensure that our products and services consistently meet our customer’s requirements and the quality is constantly improved.

The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. QA defines our company’s method of workings, processes, than uses measures and controls to continually improve them.
